Online Customer love 💕

Hi Ladies,

When it comes to online shopping, sometimes it's hard to know what size to order, especially when you're not able to try on the clothing before you buy it. But at  Martha’s , we take customer service to the next level, even when it comes to our online customers.

Recently, we had a customer who placed an order on our website for our Beautiful Blair Blazer . However, we noticed that the size she ordered might not have been the best fit for her. Rather than simply fulfilling her order as is, we took the time to answer her questions and make sure she had the right size.

Once we realized that the size she had ordered was too small, we offered to try on the Blazer , measure it, and send her photos and texts so that she could get a better understanding of how it would fit. Our team went above and beyond to make sure that our customer felt confident in her purchase before it was even shipped to her.

The extra effort didn't go unnoticed. Our customer was thrilled with our personal service and felt grateful for the extra attention to detail. In fact, she even left us a glowing review , praising our staff for their kindness and expertise.
