Online Purchases & Return Shipping

If you have ordered a fashion item online and ordered the wrong size, you will need to pay for the return postage.

If the item is faulty in some way or we have made a mistake with your order, we will happily reimburse you for the cost of return shipping.

Exchange on returned items will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the return item at our store.

I visited at 2:30 on a Monday. There was one other person in the store and I was served immediately. Looking for a birthday gift for my beautiful wife, the staff member was abundantly helpful and patient. She suggested a few things, but as soon as I saw the Louenhide bag I knew that I had found perfection (she was DELIGHTED and it got the tick of approval from our 2 20-something daughters). I was very impressed by the vibrant, fresh and clean appearance of the store and the wide range of gifts, clothing and homewares. Add into the bargain the nearby French bakery and the coffee shop and this is a stop that will give you endless satisfaction.

I love this little gem. Beautiful space, beautiful treasures and lovely owner. I try to buy here often even for a small purchase like my candle top up to show my support. Recently bought a pink tunic/jumper and and cargo pants, it’s been my comfy COVID go to during winter. I’m due for a visit soon so can’t wait to see what new things Megan has in store.

Great little boutique (has one at Ascot as well.)Meg & staff are really friendly & helpful but not pushy! Have been really happy with all my purchases from earrings, sneakers to complete outfits. Also there is a huge range of gifts in store. Sometimes I see something online at Ascot store and they bring it over to Albany Creek for me to try with no obligation to buy.
